Shipping & Tracking

Shipping Costs

Shipping is €5 for all orders under €50.
Delivery is free for orders over €50 (after discounts, excluding shipping).

Processing & Dispatch

All orders are prepared and shipped from our workshop in France within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.
Estimated delivery within 2 to 5 business days in France and 5 to 10 business days for other European countries.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email.
You can follow your parcel directly through the carrier’s website.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us at
